Graham Bradfield is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Law, University of Cape Town, where he teaches postgraduate courses in Admiralty Jurisdiction and Practice, Maritime Law, Carriage of Goods by Sea, Marine Insurance Law and International Law of the Sea. His research interests are in the fields of contract law and shipping law. He has B.Com and LLB degrees from the University of Natal and an LLM degree from the University of Cape Town.
